Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of suture-anchor in treatment of unstable distal clavicle fracture. Methods 26 cases of unstable distal clavicle fracture were treated using suture-anchor technique in our department. Con-stant-Merley scoring system was used to evaluate the postoperative function of the shoulder. Results All the 26 cases were followed up for 8 ~ 18 months. All the fractures got union, and the Constant-Merley score was 82 ~ 100 points. Conclusions Suture-anchor treatment has advantages of less operation injury, stable fixation, suitability for the bio-mechanical requirements, good function resume, and satisfied clinical outcome.关键词
