磷酸氯喹联合复方甘草酸苷治疗OLP的临床疗效评价

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin (CG) combining with chloroquine (CQ) on treating Oral Lichen Planus(OLP). Method: Eighty eight patients with OLP were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experiment group was treated with the combination of chloroquine and compound glycyrrhizin, and the control group was treated with chloroquine alone. The related index was observed and recorded after a consecutive treatment of 3 months.then evaluated the results with quantitative and qualitative methods. Result: The treatment in experimental group was more effective for the erosion,congestion type of lesion, while in control group, it was ineffective. The efficacy rate between the two groups was statistically different, two groups both had a significant effect in the stripe-type lesion, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant. The efficacy rate in experimental group was statistically higher than that in control group. Adverse events showed no significant difference between two groups. Conclusion:The combined compound glycyrrhizin can significantly enhance the effect in congestion and erosive lesion.关键词
