摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the curative effect of Donepezil on post-stroke aphasia by means of Meta-analysis. Methods The literatures about randomized controlled trials of Donepezil treated post-stroke aphasia were retrieved. With.aphasia quotient (AQ) as a effect index, the curative effect of Donepezil treated post-stroke aphasia in retrieved literatures were evaluated and analyzed by the statistic soft wear Revman 4. 2 using the fixed effects model. Results Twelve retrieved literatures were included in this study, but only 3 of them were high quality literatures. Compared with placebo group, after treatment the some projects scores of West Aphasia Battery such as writing, repeating, understanding, fluency, denominating, information content and reading in Donepezil group were significantly improved (all P = 0. 001 ). The AQ overall effect value of weighted mean difference ( WMD ) in Donepezil group was 3.48(95% CI:3.11 - 3. 86) ; which was 4. 55 (95% CI:3. 90 - 5. 21) in Donepezil 10 mg/d group and 2.96(95%CI:2.50 -3.42) in Donepezil 5 mg/d group. Compared with placebo group, the differences had statistical significance (all P < 0. 001 ). Conclusions Donepezil has good efficacy on post-stroke aphasia. Compared with Donepezil 5 mg/d group, Donepezil 10 mg/d group has better curative effect.关键词
