脑干梗死的临床特点
Clinical characteristics of brainstem infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of brainstem infarction. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with acute brainstem infarction were analyzed retrospectively. Results All of the 42 cases were acute onset. The clinical manifestation was crossed hemiparalysis in 18 cases, uncrossed hemiparalysis such as central faciolingual paralysis or hemiplegia in 14 cases, single limb paralysis or cranial nerve paralysis in 10 cases. The brainstem infarct lesions were found by skull MRI in all the cases. And the fresh responsibility lesions in 8 cases who onset less than 6 h were found out by diffusion weighted imaging ( DWI). Conclusions The clinical manifestation of brainstem infarction are crossed hemiparalysis and uncrossed hemiparalysis. The paralysis degree is slight. DWI can be helpful to diagnosis in the early stage of brainstem infarction.关键词
