洛阳地区汉族人群Duffy血型基因型分布
The Study on Duffy Genotyping of Han Population in Luoyang
摘要
Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the distribution of Duffy blood group of Han population in Luoyang. Methods We studied 571 Han blood donors from Luoyang area by serological method and PCR-SSP. Results Among the 571 sample , was found that the Fy(a+b-) phenotype were 523 (91.59%), Fy(a+b+) were 4 2 (7.36%). Fy(a-b+) were 6 (1.05%), no Fy(a-b-) sample was encountered , and the gene frequency was Fya (0. 952 7) ,Fyb(0. 047 3). Conclusion The distribution of Duffy blood group of Han population in Luoyang was similar to other areas in China, but it was quite different from Caucasian and Africa population.关键词
