摘要

Abstract

Objective To find the best dilution ratio of cryoprecipitate in quality control tests of fibrinogen(Fg) content and FVIII activity,to guarantee the accuracy of the test results. Methods Cryoprecipitate were prepared according to Standards for whole blood and blood components quality and detected with fully automated blood coagulation analyzer Sys-mex-CA550. The results of different dilution ratio were analyzed by statistics. Results As for Fg test, there was significant difference between the results of original sample and doubling diluted sample(P<0. 01),while no significant difference between doubling and fourfold diluted sampleCPX). 05). As for FVIII test, there was significant difference between the results of fourfold and eightfold diluted sample(P<0. 01) .while for each sample, 2 CV<40%. Conclusion With the available standard curve of Sysmex-CA550, the best dilution ratio was doubling dilution for Fg test, and fourfold dilution for F VI before testing on machine.
