Fabrication of Hb Biosensor based on ZnO Eanowires Electrodeposited on ITO
摘要
Abstract
ZnO nanowires were obtained by electrochemical deposited Zn(Ac)2 and NaAc.Hb was adsorbed onto nanostructured ZnO modified by polylectrolyte,and high sensitive H2O2 biosensor was developed.Hb adsorbed onto ZnO nanowires presented a pair of reversible redox peaks,fast electron transfer rate and good catalytic properties to H2O2.So,ZnO nanowires provided an effective platform to fix enzyme and study direct electrochemistry.关键词
