接骨木提取物有效成分含量与抑菌活性的关系
The Study on the Relationship between Active Substance of Sambucus williamsii Hance and Antibacterial Activity
摘要
Abstract
The soxhlet extraction method for extracting Sambucus williamsii Hance leaves were by parallel and order extraction.The effect of Sambucus williamsii Hance extracts derived on the hyphae growth of Botrytis cinerea Pers.Ex Fr.was studied using the growth rate method.And the extract that soluble sugar,soluble protein,total flavones and Beberine Hydrochloride were tested by colorimetry,in order to research the ralationship of effective constituents between the antibacterial active in S.williamsii Hance extract.The results have shown that the antibacterial activity have relate to extracts effective constituents with different solvents;the higher soluble sugar and soluble protein,the more powerful promoting activity to antibacteria effect.The higher total flavones and Beberine Hydrochloride,the more powerful antibacterial activity to anti-bacteria effect.This study can provide the theory basis for researching S.williamsii Hance active material,better exploiting and utilizing this genus plants.关键词
