接骨木提取物对灰葡萄孢菌的离体抑菌活性研究
The Antibacterial Effects of Sambucus williamsii Hance Extracts to Botrytis cinerea Pers. Ex Fr. in Vitro
摘要
Abstract
The effect of Sambucus williamsii Hance extracts derived from 5 different solvents（petroleum Ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate,acetone and ethanol）on the hyphae growth of Botrytis cinerea Pers.Ex Fr.was studied using the growth rate method.The results showed that the S.williamsii extracts have antibacterial and promoting activity to tested pathogens.Ethyl acetate extract has the better antibacterial effect to tested pathogens,in the gradational extraction method.,and they all showed antibacterial activity;ethanol extract shows the most antibacterial activity,in 2 000 mg/L,inhibition rate reached 29.922 2%.This study can provide the theory basis for exploitation new type botanical antibacterial certain chemicals.关键词
