芒果苷在玻碳电极上的电化学行为及分析应用研究
Study on the Electrochemical Behavior of Mangiferin and Its Application
摘要
Abstract
The electrochemical behavior of mangiferin at glassy carbon electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and different pulse voltammetry(DPV).The method for the determination of mangiferin was developed by DPV.The peak current was proportional to the concentration of mangiferin over the range of 3.5×10^-8-1.6×10^-6 mol·L-1,the detection limit was 1.6×10^-8 mol·L^-1.The proposed method was applied for the determination of mangiferin in Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,and the assay results were satisfactory.The oxidation reaction mechanism of mangiferin was also discussed.关键词
