超声评价骨髓间充质干细胞在外周神经缺损修复中的价值
The Evaluation of Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Repairing the Defects of Reripheral Nerve by Ultrasound

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the role of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) in repairing the peripheral nerve de fects by ultrasound. Methods The organization of induced nerve conduit was builded by tetramethylpyrazine coated slow-re lease microspheres using chitosan and collagen, and then were induced by the rat bone marrow MSCs in vitro. 8 Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into MSCs group and non-MSCs group. The situations of growth and repair in nerve defects were observed by ultrasound, 7 d, 30 d and 90 d, respectively after being connected. Results The growth of defected nerve in MSCs group is earlier than that in non-MSCs group, the number of defected nerve fiber in MSCs group is more than that in non-MSCs group. The degradation of nerve conduits in the former is faster than that in the latter. Conclusion MSCs can sig nificantly promote the repair of nerve defects. Meanwhile, ultrasound has an important value in evaluating the role of MSCs in repairing peripheral nerve defects.关键词
