2型糖尿病颈动脉内膜中层厚度与尿微量白蛋白水平相关性研究
Association of Microalbum Inuria with Carotid Artery Intina-media Thickness in Type 2 Diabetic Patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the association of microalbum inuria(mAlb) with macrovascular atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Patients were divided into 3 groups: group A(T2DM) (n =60) , group B(T2DM + MT) (n = 52) , group C, the control group(re =58). mAlb and arteria carotis intina-media thickness(IMT)were determined in these patients. The relationship of mAlb with carotid arterial IMT was statistically analyzed. Results The mAlb in group A (70. 0% ) and B (84.5% ) was significantly higher than that in groups C(P <0.05). The mAlb in group B was significantly higher than that in group A. A significant positive correlation was noted between mAlb and carotid artery IMT (r =0.215, P <0.05). Conclusion Macro-vascular atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetic patients is significantly correlated to mAlb, which can be used to predict macrovascular atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetic patients.关键词
