摘要
Abstract
[Objective]To implement analytical quality control and predict analysis error of lead determination in urine by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), so as to investigate the laboratory lead testing and quality control capability, and to enhance the accuracy and comparability of laboratory testing results. [ Methods ] According to the water laboratory analytical quality control (AQC/WATER) procedure for precision and accuracy of trace elements, the analysis was processed. [ Results ] Total standard deviation of every solution was less than 5% (W) of the concentration, and confidence limit of total average rate of recovery (R/d=1.03) was in allowable range. The testing result of the blind samples was satisfactory. [ Conclusion ] The laboratory analysis error of lead determination in urine by microwave digestion and ICP-MS can be controlled in the permitted range.关键词
