铜管显微维氏硬度测定结果的不确定度评定OACSTPCD
Uncertainty Evaluation on Microscopic Vickers Hardness Test Results of a Copper Pipe
依据GB／T4340．1—2009对某铜管进行了显微维氏硬度测试，并对显微维氏硬度测定结果的不确定度进行了评定。结果表明：当置信概率取95％时，该铜管的显微维氏硬度的测定结果为（86．5±2．8）HV0．1，k=2。
According to the metallic materials Vickers hardness test standard GB/T 4340. 1--2009, the microscopic Vickers hardness test was done to a copper pipe, and the uncertainty for the microscopic Vickers hardness test results was evaluated. The results show that the microscopic Vickers hardness test results for the copper pipe was （86. 5±2.8） HV0. 1, k=2 under the confidence probability was 95%.
