Abstract
6082-T6 aluminum alloy in 8 mm thickness were successfully welded by friction stir welding methods, the relationship between welding parameters and microstructure and mechanical properties of welding joint was analyzed. The results showed that the dynamic recrystallization occurred in the weld nugget, which consisted of refined equiaxed grains. The relationship of joint strength and welding speed in the same rotation speed was that, with the increase of the welding speed, the joint strength increased, but by the welding speed reached a certain value, the highest value of the joint property, and then increased of the welding speed, there would be defects in the joint, which affected joint property.关键词
