Analyses of implementation effect of local government＇s social security responsibility——based on experience comparison between Liaoning Province and Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
Whether local governments can perform social security responsibility reasonably and clearly is directly related to the development of local social security and local people＇s social security level.Based on the statistics from 2000 to 2008 and the measurement model of social security level,empiri-cal analyses and comparisons were made of current social security level and proper level of social se-curity between Liaoning Province and Anhui Province.Respective weaknesses were made clear in the performance of social security responsibility.Corresponding suggestions are offered to promote social se-curity＇s proper development in the two provinces.关键词
