Abstract
In view of the problems in E-commerce,an inductive analysis was made of the problems such as tax difficulties,the infringement of intellectual property,difficulties in the protection of consum-er rights and low logistics in the E-commerce.Suggestions were put forward to formulate tax policy for e-commerce development and to improve the network monitoring system,the system of consumer protec-tion in e-commerce as well as the logistics management system.The results help to promote the fur-ther development of e-commerce.关键词
