高职院校系级教学管理存在的问题及对策

摘要
Abstract
The teaching management of departments＇ level in higher vocational colleges is the requirement of construction and development of teaching management work in colleges, as well as the important guarantee to promote teaching quality. But there exist some problems in teaching management of department level, such as the imperfect management system, the instable management group, the poor students＇ quality, the shortage of practical teaching, the insufficient leaders＇ emphasis degree and so on. Facing these problems we should adopt countermeasures to strengthen and perfect management system of departments＇ level, enhance staff training, unify thought, establish incentive system, and perfect teaching condition to advance the increase of teaching quality.关键词
