Abstract
Faced the problems of graduates＇ employment difficulty in higher vocational college,it needs to analyze seriously,and actively seek the specific measures of talents＇ employment and carving out ability combined quality.Through cultivating students＇ strong professional skill and good self-quality to help them establish correct value and employment view so that students can stand out in employment competition.This has certain reference value for guiding the practice of higher vocational education and quickening the corresponding problems in higher vocational education.关键词
