Restructuring Strategy of Governance Structure for Colleges based on Reconstructing Theory of Business Process

Abstract
The traditional higher vocational educational management model cannot adapt to the requirment of markets for high skilled talents＇ cultivation in our country.Therefore,it is necessary to make adeep discussion.Under the enlightenment of governance structure and idea in Gold Coast Institute of TAFE,Australia,this paper uses reconstructing theory of euterprises business process for reference,restructuring the present governance structure in higher vocational colleges It stands out the ecore position of major coustruction,and realizes the separation of three powers smong decision-making,execution and supervisionof higher vocational colleges as well as market operating .so the teaching operation of higher vocational colleges is more efficient.关键词
