职教集团法律性质的探析
The Exploration of Law Character for Vocational Teaching Group
摘要
Abstract
The main goal of establishing vocational teaching group which was originated in 1990s is to coordinate the benefits among members,and strengthen the communication and cooperation of members in information and data.At present the ambiguity of its law character leads to the predicament of its development,which is the slack of inner members and exterior can not become law main body.In order to define law character of vocational teaching group,it needs to check its factors of purpose and function and the regulation of law system on hand,not apply mechanically other system of law main body.Under the present law system,it accords with attribution of vocational teaching group and law regulation to determine it as artificial person of social group.关键词
