基于管理方格理论的专兼结合教师队伍建设研究
Research of Construction of Teachers＇Team Combined with Full-time and Part -time Teachers based on Management Grid Theory
摘要
Abstract
Through analyzing the full-time teachers and part-time teachers with management grid to divide the corresponding types,it formulates the cultivating scheme of double -quality teachers.Based on the results of management grid theory,the teaching team was composed of thoery teachers and practical teachere,as well as part-time teachers and full-time teachers to take on the teaching of theory-practice integration commonly and construct teachers＇ team of double -quality structure with part-time and full-time for promoting team＇s level.It can complete teaching task of higher vocational education better and effectively realize the goal of higher vocational education.关键词
