高职院校外聘教师的聘任与管理
Employment and Management of Teachers Employed outside the Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
There exist many problems in the employment and management of teachers team employed outside colleges,which affects the construction of teaching staff and daily teaching management in higher vocational colleges.Therefore ,higher vocational colleges should highly emphasize the construction of teachers employed outside colleges,strengthening their employment ,check and management,so that their team can realize systematism scienism and rationality.It should establish part-time and full-time teaching staff of high quality,and reasonable structure with higher teaching level and practical ability for advancing the rapid development of higher vocational education.关键词
