Abstract
Female teachers are the important power to construct and develop higher vocational colleges. The good professional ethics are the important premise for developing their professional career successfully. However, the general condition of professional ethics for female teachers is good, but there are still some problems. There are three reasons for these problems, including society, colleges and female teachers themselves. Based on this, it needs to strengthen the construction of female teachers＇ professional ethics, studying from these three levels. It should adopt active countermeasures and carry out them seriously.关键词
