摘要

Abstract

According to a new type of flexible disc technology which has been proposed numerical simulation and experimental research on the new type of flexible disc, and comprehensively discussion were carried out to the performance of the flexible disc for the first time, and compared with the traditional rigid disc in many aspects. It is shown by the contact numerical simulation that the flexible disc' s maximum contact pressure of sealing surface is always greater than rigid disc' s under the same circumstances, which means the flexible disc have better sealing performance. It is also shown by experimental tests that the set pressure of flexible disc is lower than rigid disc' s under the same circumstances, therefore the system stiffness can be reduced, shock deformation energy of disc can be absorbed, and system impact resistance and fatigue ability can be improved, so the running stability of the system can be guaranteed.
