三螺杆泵螺杆与衬套最优间隙的理论研究
Theoretical Study on Optimum Clearance between Rotors and Case in Three- screw Pump

Abstract
Clearance between rotors and case of three-screw pump is important to its working performance. In order to reasonably determine the clearance between rotors and case, the 135 type three-screw pump was studied, the flow in the clearance was analyzed, it is found out that there are couette and general couette flow in it. According to the theory of parallel plate gap flow, a objective function was established, which describes the sum of leakage and viscous friction loss in the clearance when backflow passes through a whole seal chamber. Then, a theoretical formula to determine the optimum clearance between rotors and case of three-screw pump at special working case was given by solving the minimum value of objective function. The results shows that optimum clearance between rotors and case has relations with working pressure, speed revolution and viscosity of liquid medium. The results would provide references for design of three-screw pump.关键词
