S -3307对欧洲云杉扦插生根的效应
Effect of S-3307 on steckling rooting ability of Picea abies
摘要
Abstract
The researchers chose the cutting which were collectd from 6-year old ortet of Picea abies to investigate the effect of different concentrations of S -3307 and treatment time on steckling rooting ability of Picea abies. The results showed that S-3307 had bactericidal and anti-corrosive effect on cutting in the time of rooting process. There were very significant differences on cutting rooting rate by the treatment of different hormones, the cutting rooting traits were better under the treatments of IBA and S-3307. There were very significant differences on cutting rooting rate by the treatments of S-3307 with different treating time and S-3307 with different concentration of IBA, the rooting rate was 95% under the treatment of 100 mg/L S-3307 for 2h. There were no significant differences on cutting rooting rate by the treatments of different concentration of S-3307 or rapid dip in S-3307 at high concentration, the rooting rate was 90% under the treatment of 100 + 150 mg/L S-3307 +IBA for lh, and survival steckling were prosperous and strong.关键词
