摘要
Abstract
Methods of reducing yarn neps by AFIS were discussed. Definition of neps was introduced as well as relationship between semi product neps and yarn neps. Causes of neps were analyzed. Fiber nep changes in beaters were tested precisely by AFIS when speed and gauges were different. Processing parameter was optimized and neps were reduced gradually. Methods of using AFIS to maintain special parts in carding and combing process were introduced as well as judgment of auxiliary use life. It is considered that spinning is one system project, product quality can be improved well by system theory to manage production line.关键词
