织物在线色差检测系统研究
Research on Online Detection System of Fabric Color Difference
摘要
Abstract
To ensure fabric dying quality,online detection system of fabric color difference based on machine visual was designed. System simulation platform was established in lab,image processing algorithms were verified. Color difference data of sample in left,middle and right were analyzed. The results shows that the system test result is consistent to human vision judgment,fabric color difference can be tested effectively. It is considered that the system plays one important role in online testing fabric color difference, controlling fabric dying quality, improving production efficiency and reducing production cost.关键词
