摘要
Abstract
Processing of bamboo fiber cotton blended vortex yarn was discussed. According to bamboo fiber property, raw material were pre-wetted, electrostatic phenomena in production was solved well. Sliver blending processing was adopted to ensure blending ratio correctly. In opening and picking process,short production line,more loosing less beating and more carding less noil were adopted. In carding process,lighter weight per unit,lower speed and less gauge were adopted to reduce neps and short fiber content. In drawing process, draft was set rationally. In vortex process, draft multiple, nozzle pressure, gauge between nozzle and front roller et al were optimized. Finally bamboo/cotton 70/30 14.7 tex blended yarn can be spun successfully, the quality can reach better level.关键词
