Abstract
Production technology key points of fine high density polyester cotton stripe fabric were discussed. Style, property and problems in producing fine high density polyester cotton stripe fabric were analyzed. In warping process, processing line of middle speed and tension, less elongation were adopted. Processing of Higher pressure and density lower viscosity was used in sizing process. Processing principle of earlier shed,later weft insertion,setting warp shed line rationally was adopted in weaving process. Warp shrinkage and weft stop can be resolved well. Loom efficiency can reach above 90% and first grade percentage before cloth repairing can reach above 93%.关键词
