Abstract
According to the requirement that gate trace are not allowed to appear on the surface of the plastic circular cap, the fixed mould demouding way was adopted. Three fixed mould demoulding ways were introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of design and machining for the three fixed mould demoulding structures were analyzed. It is put forward that the structure of unloading board sprue hole meets the need of circular cap injection mould. The simplified mould structure reduces production cost. Production practice shows that, the mould structure is reasonable and the production of plastic parts satisfies the demand of the customers.关键词
