Research of Application of AC-AC Frequency Converter Similar to Plugged Pulse-chopping Converter in Coal Mine Underground
摘要
Abstract
For problems of difficult commutation and low output frequency of AC-AC converter with SCR as main control components used in coal mine underground, the paper put forward a design scheme of AC-AC converter which is similar to plugged pulse-chopping AC-AC converter. The scheme uses single IGBT as main control component, and adopts composite speed regulation scheme of frequency conversion/ transformation and synchronous control method to reduce working hours of inverter components and heating power consumption of the converter. The converter similar to plugged pulse-chopping AC-AC converter has important significance for heavy load starting of equipment of coal mine. Because it has not been used in coal mine, it need to be further explored and researched.关键词
