摘要
Abstract
The principle of deconvolution is deduced to analyze wavelengthshift detection of fiber Bragg grating sensor, then spectrum is demodulated from F- P cavity in low resolution, and is made deconvolution calculations with the known FBG's spectrum. We get a spectrum which is more approximate to the detected FBG' s, the detected signal is reconstructed, and the detection precision of wavelength shift is improved.关键词
