NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF GAS-SOLID FLOW IN THEASH-AGGLOMERATING FLUIDIZED BED GASIFIER
摘要
Abstract
Eulerian-Eulerian two-fluid model was used to simulate the gas-solid flow behaviors in certain chemical fertilizer company' s running ash-agglomerating fluidized bed gasifier . The range and proper matching relations between fluidized and spouting gas velocity were showed from the simulating results. It shows fluidized gas velocity can neither be too small, which may lead to dead districts around the gas distributor, nor too big because the designing and operating characteristics of ICC will be lost. With the increasing of spouting gas velocity, the mixing churning is enhanced under a certain fluidizing gas velocity. However, spouting gas velocity which exceeds some value results in the flow structure of slugging and is not conducive to the operating of ICC efficiently and safely.关键词
