Abstract
The article chose two classes as experimental object to find the effect of project-based teaching applied in Banquet Design. Through sample testing, projects designing, the article analyzes the students＂ performance and learning interest by the way of test and questionnaire survey. Finally, finding that through the way of project-based teaching, the students become much more interesting in Banquet Design.关键词
