Abstract
As a population suffering from a high rate of job burnout, college teaching staff in China is not paid enough attention to for this problem, which has affected their health a lot both physically and psychologically, as well as their educational effects. In this thesis, college English teachers are taken as example to analyze the causes of job burnout problem in college teaching staff, and countermeasures are proposed from the prespectives of society, colleges and teachers.关键词
