On the Role of Skill Competitions in Cultivating Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
Skill competitions have made full use of the characteristics that higher vocational students are good at practice, stimulated higher vocational students to study actively, made ＂forcing me to study＂ into ＂study voluntarily＂ by driving them to study with their interests. During this process, the majors should arrange competition events which are suitable for the talent cultivation, while the teachers should guide the students to participate the activities. Besides, they should also provide dynamic guidance foe then both in knowledge and psychology,in order to help the students solve the problems in time.关键词
