摘要

Abstract

Reactive power optimization problem in distribution system combined garbage power plant was studied. Two mathematical models which involve garbage incineration and city rubbish fuel cell are constructed based on waste heating value. A new model for reactive power optimization was proposed,in which waste quantity was used as a additional control variable and waste processing capability was considered as a new constraint. Niche Particle Swarm Optimization (NPSO) was applied to solve the reactive power optimization problem. The study case showed that the proposed model is feasible and provide a reference value for the garbage power's further study. And garbage power is more economical and environmental than thermal power plant,which can provide a theoretical basis for promoting garbage power.
