炉灶一体式民用生物质炊事炉的设计与性能测试
Design and performance test of civil biomass stover combined gasifier-burner

Abstract
Aiming at the shortcomings of discrete civil biomass stover,such as low thermal efficiency, complex gas pipelines and problems of tar plugged pipelines and environmental pollution. A civil biomass stover combined gasfier-burner was designed based on the theory of biomass py-rolysis gasification. The testing results of gasification performance of the stover showed that the primary air flow has a distinct effect on the contents of H2 and CO; when the airflow was 0.80 mVmin, the gasification efficiency could reach 63.6% and the thermal value of gas was 4 071.2 kj/m3. And the optimal flow of secondary air of burner was 0.030 nrVmin, which could make the heating efficiency and the cooking fire intensity of burner reach 36.3% and 4.79 Kw respectively.关键词
