摘要
Abstract
The enterprises in the supply chain management environment have to face the complex and changeable market environment,plural sources of information,polymorphism,and uncertainty,which increase the complexity and the difficulty in production plan.Taking the global supply chain as the research background,this paper analyzes the main sources of the information＇s uncertainty of production plan and its influences on production plan from different perspectives.It also proposes the measures to promote the dynamic respondence of production plan by the means of information sharing mechanism and weakening the uncertainty of information.关键词
