摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the cleaning and disinfection of the endoscope and to provide basis for establishing standardized quality control system of endoscope disinfection. Methods Category analysis was carried out to interview 10 head nurses from different gastrointestinal endoscope centers of Class M Grade I hospitals. Results The existing problems were mainly as follows: lack of standardized training; insufficient procedure control and management of cleaning and disinfection; inconsistent and unreliable evaluation criterion for the effects of cleaning and disinfection; deficient analysis on the failure of disinfection invalidation mode. Conclusion In order to improve the cleaning quality and quality control and to prevent hospital infection, a complete and uniform quality control system needs to be established.关键词
