Abstract
Objective To study the mental health of medical volunteers in Shenzhen Summer Universiade and to explore proper psychological interventions to adjust volunteers' psychological problems. Methods Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the mental health of 191 Medical volunteers in Shenzhen Summer Universiade. Results The positive rate of SAS and SDS were 22.5% and 42.4% respectively and the scores of SAS (36.82±7.01) and SDS (39.32± 9.98) of medical volunteers were higher than those of the norm (P<0.05). Job function, gender, and age had no influence on the scores (P>0.05). Conclusion The medical volunteers revealed anxiety and depression in their working. More attention should be paid to help the volunteers to adjust their psychological state.关键词
