双氯芬酸二乙胺凝胶预防化疗性静脉炎的临床观察
Prevention of Chemotherapeutic Phlebitis by Diclofenac Diethylamine Emugel
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of diclofenac diethylamine emugel on the prevention of chemotherapeutic phlebitis. Methods A total of 224 patients undergoing chemotherapy were divided into observation group (n=114) and control group (n=110). Diclofenac diethylamine emugel was applied in puncture point for patients in observation group during chemotherapy while it was not used in control group. The incidence of phlebitis was compared in two groups. Results The incidence of phlebitis in observation group was lower than that in control group (x2=44.59,P<0.01) and the phlebitis was less severe(U=20.52, P<0.01) and its occurrence time later (x2=3.68,P<0.05)in observation group as well. Conclusion Diclofenac diethylamine salt gel is effective in the prevention of chemotherapeutic phlebitis.关键词
