袢式造口术后粘贴造口袋"三一致"法的效果观察
Observation on Pasting Method of Colostomy Pouch after Loop Colostomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore a new pasting method of colostomy pouch after loop colostomy and discuss its nursing effect. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing loop colostomy from January 2010 to July 2011 were divided into control group and observation group. Routine pasting method of colostomy pouch was applied in control group while in observation group, a new "three consistence" pasting method of colostomy pouch was used. The comparisons were conducted among lasting time of the colostomy pouch without leakage, pasting time, the adhesion incidence of gloves and chassis, the breakage rate of gloves and the bacteria pass rate of nurses' hands in two groups. Results All the comparisons indicated statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The new "three consistence" pasting method of colostomy pouch is proved to be effective in practical use and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
