摘要
Abstract
The total triterpenoids in the root of Ilex cornuta was quantified by spectrometry method using ursolic acid as standard and 5% vanillin-glacial acetic acid and perchloric acid as color-developing agents.The results showed that the content of the standard was well correlated to its optical density at 549 nm,the calibration curve was linear(R2=0.9984)in the range of 4.4~ 26.4 mg/L within 5~40 min and the curve was y=0.0357x-0.0809.The above method for the quantification was proved to have the advantages of simple operation,rapidity,high sensitivity and fine repetition.关键词
