Abstract
There is no hospital accomplishing remarkable achievement without excellent hospital culture. And the construction of hospital culture is the motive force of hospital development, while it needs innovation. This paper attempts to study the basic routes of innovating hospital culture construction by analyzing the meaning and features of hospital culture from the four aspects of traditional culture, employee image, service concept and hospital brand.关键词
