Abstract
The third generation of central government with Comrade Jiang Zemin as the core attached great importance to educational business and made a series of important elaboration about the problems of education, therefore formed an educational ideological system in which inheritance and innovation are harmoniously unified. This has great influence on our education legislation and under the influence a series of education related laws and regulations were made and the Chinese characteristic education of legal system was gradually formed.关键词
