Research on the Governance Network of Major Sudden Public Emergencies： From the Perspective of Polycentric Governance Theory
摘要
Abstract
The deep excavation and moderate application into practice of polycentric governance theory not only point out a new way for public governance, but also provide a new model for dealing with crisis. Reflecting on traditional crisis management theory from the perspective of polycentric governance theory, I think the governance network of major sudden public emergencies should apply the dual-axis mechanism mediated by specialized agencies, thus achieving the exchange, interaction and penetration of multiple subjects, such as government, citizens., communities, mass media, non-governmental organizations, businesses and so on.关键词
