Abstract
Up to now, scholars in IT circle have still not reached a consensus regarding the proposition whether IT investment can improve enterprise productivity, an important reason for which lies in the fact that all the studies conducted by these scholars were based on the assumption that IT investment can exert a direct impact on enterprise productivity, while ignoring the middle process between IT investment and its impact. IT investment must be appropriate for the internal production environment so as to improve enterprise productivity. Factors influencing the transformation from IT investment into enterprise productivity fall into two categories： internal and external. Internal factors include feature of enterprise management, feature of enterprise employee and feature of enterprise structure; external factors refer to the outside environment of enterprise.关键词
